This was great since we had driven for 8 hours to get there and were excited to unload our things and head to the casino. Front desk staff and doorman nice and friendly and we were given our room immediately even though we arrived early. Upon arrival you will note that there are covid precautions in place and the hotel throughout is very clean. We really appreciated this and it was a nice bonus for our stay. The front office manager “Christian” was most hospitable and offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite for the occasion. I had contacted the hotel a day earlier to confirm our reservation and to mention it was a special birthday trip for myself. It was a first time visit and I was immediately impressed with the customer service and warm welcome. We just returned from a 1 night stay at this resort.
